The Medical Clinic Receptionist greets and assists patients in person and on the phone, schedules appointments by computer, takes messages, enters and verifies patient information. The Receptionist will work as a member of a team to provide a high level of customer service to our patients. Other general office duties are also required.
Number of Hours: Full Time: 32 hours/ 4 days a week
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, hours scheduled between 7:30am–5:00pm; Saturday Rotation 8:00am-12:00pm (approximately 5/ year); Additional shifts available to “fill in” as needed
Educational Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. Customer Service and computer experience required.
Other: The applicant must work well with patients in the utmost professional and confidential manner. This person must be able to work under stress, handling a large amount of phone calls and patient encounters. He/she must have an attention to detail and strong organizational skills and computer skills are required. Ability to work with the public in a pleasant and professional manner is a must.
