Educational Requirements: Graduate of a master’s degree program in an accredited school for nurse practitioners or physician assistants.
Other: The applicant must work well with patients, physicians, and staff in the utmost professional and confidential manner. Flexibility in job duties is a must. He/she must be a good communicator, good team player and be able to recognize and diagnose multiple disease processes. The applicant must be highly organized, capable of decision making and implementing new procedures and processes. He/she must be able to work independently and interdependently with the health care team and community resources. He/she must remain clam and professional in stressful situations and focused amid interruptions in a potentially fast paced environment.
