Mark Muilenburg, MD is a sports medicine physician who joined our team in 1991. He is originally from Orange City, IA. Dr. Muilenburg completed his undergraduate studies at Northwestern College in IA and attended the University of Iowa Roy J & Lucille A Carver College of Medicine for medical school. He completed his residency at Genesis Quad Cities Family Medicine Residency and has a special interest in sports medicine. Dr. Muilenburg currently practices at the Orange City Area Health System.
