Dr. Norby grew up in the western United States, completing his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and dental school at the University of Maryland. Following five years of extensive oral and maxillofacial surgery training at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Dr. Norby now enjoys performing the full scope of contemporary oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Norby joined the practice of Oral Surgery & Implant Specialists in July 2011.
