What is Home Care PLUS?

Our nurses and home health aides provide non-medical services that are designed to help people live independently in their own homes. Although these services are not considered "skilled or medically necessary," they are essential for older individuals or people with chronic disabling conditions. Our goal is to maintain their health and prevent or delay their transfer to a nursing home. We offer tailored services that can be adjusted as per the changing needs of the individuals.
