Tyler Faber, D.O., is joining our Family Medicine Team in August, accepting new patient appointments starting in early July. He will provide family medicine/healthcare services in our clinic for all ages — from pediatrics to geriatrics — as well as prenatal and birth care. Dr. Faber will also be serving patients in our Emergency Room.

Dr. Faber, a native of Sioux Center, Iowa, is a 2014 graduate of Iowa State University with a B.S. in Genetics, and a 2018 graduate of Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He will be joining Orange City Area Health System’s team of family medicine physicians and advanced level practitioners who serve in three medical clinics and nationally-recognized critical access hospital.
