Clinic Nurse - Float/Urology
The Clinic Nurse - Float delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. She/he assists in the patient teaching and is a link between the medical providers and patients. The Clinic Nurse- Float will work directly with a primary care provider and responds to a high volume of patient calls each day, in addition to meeting the needs of the patients with scheduled appointments. The Clinic Nurse- Float will be oriented to work primarily in the Medical and Urology Clinic. The Clinic Nurse Float- will be cross-trained to assist in other Specialty Clinics as needs arise.

Education Requirements:
LPN or RN licensure.
Number of Hours: Full-Time: Monday, Thursday, and Friday Float-Nurse 8am-4:30pm. Wednesday 8am-4:30pm Urology Clinic (Weekly).
Schedule: Hours of operation are Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.The nurse selected for this position will participate in a Saturday rotation by working 8am-12pm approximately 3-4 times per year. The individual selected for this role will have the ability to pick up additional hours casually and must demonstrate flexibility to shift trade, fill-in for vacations, illness, and other absences on an as needed basis.

Job Schedule:
Full-Time: 32-40 hours per week
Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm-typically Tuesdays off. Saturday morning rotation 8:30 am-12:00 pm
