AM Cook Assist - Landsmeer
The AM Cook Assistant works with the cook to set up meal trays for patients. He/she delivers patient trays and is involved in clean up. The Cook Assistant has responsibility for washing dishes, operating the dish machine, and doing assigned cleaning. He/she puts away dishes, stocks items, and helps in the cafeteria. May cross-train as a cook.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Hospital
The Nurse Assistant provides all aspects of personal care to patients in the hospital including bathing, hygiene, nutritional assistance, activities, rehabilitation assistance etc.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Prairie Ridge Care Center

Clinic Nurse - Triage
The Clinic Triage Nurse delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. She/he assists in patient teaching and is a link between the medical provider and patients. The Clinic Nurse responds to a high volume of phone calls each day, in addition to meeting the needs of the patients with scheduled appointments working directly with a primary care physician. The Clinic Triage Nurse would be orientated to work in the Medical Clinic or Specialty Clinic.

Director of Ancillary Services
The Director of Ancillary Services is responsible for leading and overseeing functions of the Lab, Radiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and other departments. He/she is instrumental in defining the mission, goals, budget, and performance standards for these departments. The Director must work effectively with staff, patients, visitors, providers, and external agencies. He/she adheres to the mission, vision, and values of the Orange City Area Health System in all aspects of job performance.
Director of Foundation & Community Relations
The Director of Foundation & Community Relations is responsible for the overall management of the Orange City Area Health System Foundation and Volunteer program. Plans, implements, and directs fundraising events and capital campaigns to generate contributions and philanthropic gifts from individuals, institutions, and organizations to support our mission of improving the health and well-being of the area by funding expansions, renovations, and enhanced services and equipment. Fosters donor relationships and community engagement to achieve and grow sustainable long-term support. Oversees our volunteer program and onsite gift shop. Recruits, interacts, and manages volunteers and serves as a liaison with our auxiliary board.
EMT/Ambulance Driver
The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is a trained healthcare professional who specializes in providing immediate medical attention and care to patients in emergency situations. They play a crucial role in the pre-hospital setting and during inter-facility transfers, following strict Orange City Area Health System Ambulance protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of patients. With their extensive knowledge and skills, EMTs are capable of handling a wide range of emergency situations and delivering life-saving care to those in need.
Home Health & Hospice Aide or LPN
Home Health & Hospice Aide/LPN provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, exercising, toileting, and supportive care. They also prepare meals, do light housekeeping, and offer respite care. Aides aim to make a positive difference in the lives of all ages, from children to the elderly. Previous CNA or caregiving experience preferred. Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license for a 30-mile radius of Orange City.
Hospital RN
The Hospital RN delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. He/she is required to carry out all general staff duties in acute care.
Hospital RN - Weekend
The RN delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. He/she is required to carry out all general staff duties in acute care. This position includes a weekend premium rate.
