Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant facilitates creating and maintaining the physicians’ schedules for the Orange City Medical Clinic, as well as the ER physician schedule in conjunction with the Director of Clinic Services. Other office duties may be assigned as needed.
Employment Type: Part Time
Education Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Computer experience required.
Job Schedule:
Part-time: 16-24 hours/week, Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.
Other:
The applicant must work well with patients in the utmost professional and confidential manner. He/she must possess attention to detail, strong organizational skills and good computer skills. Experience with the EPIC computer system is recommended. The ability to work with the public in a pleasant and professional manner is a must.
