On occasion, Rae will offer a 2+hr yoga workshop. Workshops are a lovely opportunity to break down certain postures, themes and/or concepts. A standard yoga class follows a typical structure whereas in a workshop, there’s the luxury to immerse deeper in the practice and allows for greater inquiry and understanding.
