Orange City Area Health System now offers plastic surgery services and procedures provided by Dr. Kelly Gallego, a Sioux City-based board-certified plastic surgeon. His practice in Orange City will focus mostly on skin cancer surgeries, reconstructive breast surgery (e.g. following breast cancer surgery), and breast reduction.
