Independent Living at Landsmeer
The apartments in independent living have been thoughtfully planned for maximum comfort and privacy. There are four sizes of apartments available:
• One bedroom: 564 square feet
• One bedroom deluxe: 658 square feet
• Two bedrooms: 823 square feet
• Two bedroom deluxe: 922 square feet
Each apartment has its own patio and individually-controlled central heating and air conditioning. Apartments are unfurnished but have fully equipped kitchens including stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Each apartment has a walk-in closet and an additional storage unit in the building. There is space in each apartment for a washer/dryer stack unit, although additional free laundry facilities are available for tenants’ use.

• Smoke alarms are present in each apartment, and the entire building is equipped with a fire sprinkler system. Fire drills are conducted regularly.
• Each bedroom and bathroom has an urgency call system connecting with awake staff on duty 24 hours a day. A licensed nurse is on site each weekday.
• Breakfast and one main meal every day are provided in the common dining room. Additional meals are available on request.*
• Housekeeping and flat linen services are provided weekly. Personal laundry service is also available.*
• Scheduled van transportation is provided to various locations throughout the community.
• Common areas include:
