Childbirth Classes

CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION SERIES - 2010
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES

Cost: FREE to patients/customers of the Orange City Health System. 
Non-customer cost is Prepared Childbirth – $25; Refresher, Sibling, & Parenting – $5 each.

PREPARED CHILDBIRTH CLASSES – 2010 
For expectant parents who have not taken childbirth classes. Instruction on labor and delivery, controlled breathing and relaxation techniques specific for labor and delivery. Includes tour of our Birth Center.

REFRESHER CLASS 2010 
For parents who have delivered a child in the past but would like a refresher on reinforcing breathing techniques, pain control, and labor positions. Includes tour of our Birth Center.

For brothers and sisters-to-be, ages two and above. Topics included are baby characteristics, behaviors and handling. Includes tour of our Birth Center.
