All transactions processed on the Orange City Area Health System Online Bill Payment are eligible for a refund if the patient would like to cancel a payment. To request a cancellation of payment please contact a patient account specialist at 712.737.2000. Please allow up to 14 business days for a refund processed through the Orange City Area Health System Online Bill Payment system.
